An influential leader and ambassador for the Deaf community, Nyle DiMarco inspires audiences to challenge assumptions, lead with purpose, and pursue their goals—no matter the obstacles.

As co-director of the Apple Original Films documentary Deaf President Now!, Nyle DiMarco made history leading a production with more than 40 Deaf crew members, redefining what authentic representation looks like in film. Chronicling the landmark Gallaudet University protests that reshaped Deaf rights in America, the film was nominated for two Emmy Awards, including one in the Outstanding Directing category—making Nyle the first Deaf person ever nominated for an Emmy in Directing. The film was also nominated in four categories for Critics Choice awards.

A trailblazing advocate, actor, and filmmaker, Nyle has built a career proving that barriers are meant to be broken. From winning America’s Next Top Model and Dancing with the Stars to producing acclaimed projects like the Oscar-nominated Netflix documentary Audible, he’s become a leading voice for inclusion, accessibility, and authentic representation.
