The US Navy just seized a shadow fleet tanker that managed to slip past the naval quarantine around Venezuela.
The tanker reflagged as Russian while underway, and Moscow demanded that the US leave it alone…well, that didn’t happen. By seizing this ship, the US has effectively signaled the end of the shadow fleet. It’s hunting season, and everyone will be huntin’ tankers.
