(CNBC) – The Center for Disease Control reported 153 cases of severe lung disease linked to vaping in 16 states. In one case, an 18 year-old in Florida believes his lung collapsed after smoking an electronic cigarette. Investigators are looking into what’s causing these pulmonary illnesses.
