Lynne Lancaster is one of today’s most sought-after generational experts, and the founder of two successful consulting firms. Her clients include 3M, Apple, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Coca-Cola, Disney, Exxon, General Mills, KPMG, NASA, and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

She is co-author of two best-selling books: When Generations Collide, and The M-Factor: How the Millennial Generation is Rocking the Workplace. She just finished editing the newly released book, Gen Z @ Work. Lynne has interviewed literally thousands of Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, Millennials, and Gen Z to understand what makes them tick, and what they expect from the world of work.

Lynne has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She has been a guest on CNN, CNBC, and National Public Radio, and has appeared in Fast Company, The New York Times, TIME Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal.
