Recently, Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), the nation’s largest independent distributor of life and health insurance products to the Senior Market, announced that it had completed the acquisition of Family First Life, an insurance marketing organization headquartered in Connecticut. As part of the deal, Family First Life President and Founder Shawn Meaike will become an owner in Integrity.
