Mark Morgan: Migrant surge may occur regardless of who wins White House

“Here, it may not matter who wins,” Mark Morgan, former Acting Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and visiting fellow at the Heritage Foundation, told The National News Desk Tuesday.

“If President Trump wins, we may have three months where they try to get in before the border is locked down. But if Vice President Harris wins, we’re potentially going to see the increase because they don’t have to worry about perception anymore.”
