Hurricane Ian strikes South Carolina as Florida death toll climbs to at least 45
After devastating Florida, Hurricane Ian made landfall near Georgetown, South Carolina as a Category 1 storm. At least 45 people have died in Florida as search and rescue efforts continue in the hardest hit areas.
