Human Resource Executive® magazine, the premier publication focused on strategic HR issues, in partnership with China Star Corp., today announced that Elaine Chao, former U.S. Secretary of Labor, will be the keynote speaker at the inaugural HR Technology Conference & Exposition China, taking place Wednesday, April 13 through Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center in Zhuhai, China.
