“I don’t think anyone can have everything in life,” said the former U.S. secretary of labor. “Life has trade-offs, life has sacrifices. How you handle life is up to you.”
Chao shared her perspective on work-life balance as well as women in leadership Thursday afternoon at the fifth installment of Linda McMahon’s ongoing series “Women Can Have It All” at Sacred Heart University. McMahon, the co-founder and former CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment, is a major donor at Sacred Heart as well as the vice chairman of its board of trustees.”
