There has been a lot of excitement lately about the rise of Large Language Models like ChatGPT, but as we move forward – these will only be a smart part of a much bigger intelligence revolution. In my view, we will soon see the emergence of 3 new kinds of intelligence – hybrid, swarm and programmatic intelligence. Together they will challenge not only traditional notions of work and organizations, but the very essence of what it means to be a smart human.
