Amy Wheelus serves as CTIO for Gigapower, LLC, a start-up fiber broadband network operator. She has responsibility for the network architecture, roadmap, engineering, product development and information technology systems for Gigapower.
Prior to joining Gigapower, LLC, Amy had a stellar career at AT&T, most recently as VP of Architecture & Strategic Technology Planning in the Corporate Strategy and Development business unit of AT&T.
She is the Board Chair of Tech Titans, a forum that connects the regional technology community of North Texas. In 2021, she was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the top Women in Technology in North Texas. She was previously recognized in 2019 as a “Rising Star in Telecom” by FierceTelecom, an industry publication.
