CNN is learning from that Uvalde County Sheriff Ruben Nolasco doesn’t appear to have completed an active shooting training course. Sheriff Nolasco was one the senior law enforcement officials on the scene of the Robb Elementary School shooting where 19 students and two teachers were murdered.
