Anderson Cooper 360º: McCarthy flips 15 previous GOP holdout votes
Republican Rep. Kevin McCarthy flipped 15 GOP holdout votes in his bid to be the next Speaker of the House. The California Republican says he’s confident even after losing 13 ballots over four days.
