Sources exclusively tell CNN that an employee at former President Trump’s Florida resort drained the resort’s swimming pool last October which flooded a room that held computer servers containing surveillance video logs. At least one witness was asked about this incident by prosecutors as part of the federal investigation into the former President’s handling of classified documents. While it’s unclear if the room was intentionally flooded or if it happened by mistake, the incident occurred amid a series of events that federal prosecutors found suspicious.
